Our experienced front- and back-office teams provide reliable access to global markets on both high-touch and low-touch bases, offering our clients an edge in navigating the complexities of today’s markets.

We provide comprehensive securities financing solutions, including Repurchase Agreements (Repos) and Securities Lending, tailored to the diverse liquidity and investment needs of institutional clients. Through our established global network, which includes affiliated desks in New York, Hong Kong, and Korea, we demonstrate strong capabilities across Asian, European, and North American markets. Our repo services, governed by GMSLA or GMRA agreements, offer flexible maturities ranging from overnight to term agreements. In securities lending, we provide access to hard-to-borrow securities and corporate action trading opportunities. With a robust infrastructure, extensive counterparty network, and bespoke solutions, we ensure efficient liquidity management and operational excellence for our clients in a rapidly evolving financial landscape. Additionally, we offer institutional clients a full suite of Delta 1 products, including exchange-traded derivatives.

In May 2023, we acquired GHCO - one of the fastest-growing liquidity providers specialising in exchange-traded products. With strong technology development capacity, we aim to make ETPs accessible, easy to trade, and invest in. We build long-term relationships with the asset managers who create all sorts of ETPs and the stock exchanges that list them. We work alongside them to facilitate trading and grow the ecosystem.
